All Pro Property Services is a locally-owned family-operated company specializing in student housing cleaning services. All Pro is the only cleaning service in the Willamette Valley that specializes in supporting the student lifestyle.
We believe the college years are to be treasured. Our services allow us to support each student with a clean, organized space that enables them to focus on what’s most important. We offer flexible scheduling allowing us to meet student needs and changing schedules.
Our relationship with The Retreat started during their first year in Corvallis. Our long standing commitment to offering the highest standards in student housing has enabled us to work together to provide an excepetional student housing experience.
Over the years we have gotten to know the staff, many of the families, and the property. We remain on call for the staff and are on site Monday through Friday. The students from The Retreat have access to cleaning staff through online scheduling, email, or phone.
Available Services
Common Area:
All Pro will provide housekeeping services in the kitchen, living room and depending on floor plan a half bath. These services will include cleaning all open surfaces, exterior of cabinets and appliances, doors and trim, dusting, and cleaning floors.
Full Unit Cleaning:
All Pro will provide housekeeping services in the bed spaces and common areas of your full unit. These services will include cleaning all open surfaces, bathroom fixtures, exterior of cabinets and appliances, doors and trim, dusting, and cleaning floors.
Bed Spaces:
All Pro will provide housekeeping services in a single bedroom and bathroom. Theses service will include cleaning all open surfaces, bathroom fixtures, exterior of vanity mirror, doors and trim, dusting, and cleaning floors.

How do we schedule Cleaning service?
How do I pay for these services?
We accept all forms of credit cards and can offer a pay online service if needed. We also accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay or check.
Can All Pro work while I am not at home?
With permission are able to access your unit at the time requested if you’re are unable to be there or would rather have us cleaning while you are away. We are also perfectly happy to clean while you are home. Our staff are trained and experienced to offer the highest standards in cleaning services with as little interruption to your daily schedule as possible.
